These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the Nardi Hiring SMS program offered by Nardi Construction, 140 Ambrogio Drive, Gurnee, Illinois 60031 ('Nardi,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our'). The program provides text messages related to a person's application for employment with Nardi Construction.
2. Consent and enrollment
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in to the Nardi Hiring SMS program, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Nardi Construction about your job application. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of applying for or obtaining employment. You may complete the employment application without consenting to text messages.
3. Types of messages
Messages may include application acknowledgments, application-status updates, interview scheduling and reminders, requests for information, and other recruiting follow-up related to your application. Enrollment does not authorize unrelated marketing or promotional text messages.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your application activity and the recruiting process.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's rates and terms govern your mobile service.
6. Opt out
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive one final message confirming that your opt-out has been processed. After that confirmation, Nardi will not send additional messages under this program unless you provide new express consent.

8. Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside Nardi's control.

Nardi's collection and use of personal information, including mobile information and messaging consent data, is described in the Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
10. Changes or termination
Nardi may modify or discontinue the program, subject to applicable law. Any revised terms will state a new effective date. A change to the subject matter of messages may require new consent.
